With a foundation built upon natural health, movement-based practices, meditation and a connection with nature, I wish to uplift and support my clients physically, emotionally and spiritually by offering a calm and grounded presence as a birth doula and through massage & bodywork.

Birth Doula
As your Birth Doula I will provide you physical, emotional and spiritual support. I'm here to hold space and offer guidance, allowing you to drop in.
I'm also here to be of support to your Birthing Partner, helping them to support you and giving them the opportunity to take needed rest.
Massage & Bodywork
My massage style is deeply relaxing and nurturing, guided by the intention to restore health naturally, bringing optimum functioning to the body and mind.
My practice is informed by my studies of Ayurveda. I offer Ayurvedic Bodywork in addition to Prenatal/Postpartum & Integrative Massage.
Ayurvedic Health Counseling
The wisdom of Ayurveda works to heal the sick, maintain the health of the healthy and prevent disease, by promoting the body's natural state of well-being, that which is in total harmony with nature.
In a 1:1 Consultation we will work together to identify and address imbalances through implementing balancing practices.
