From the time I was young, I was fascinated by birth, babies, playing teacher and giving back rubs. On my Saturday mornings instead of watching cartoons, you'd find me watching TLC Birth Stories, drawing pictures of my future 6 children or playing Mommy with my dolls. I have fond memories of playing teacher during summer breaks and I loved to give my family back rubs, thinking I would one day become a masseuse.

While it took me some time as an adult to find my way to a career in Massage Therapy, in 2021 I finally made it. Leading up to my career in Massage, I had many years of self-discovery and still continue to explore and learn today, which deeply influences my way of being and my ability to hold space for others. 

Upon beginning my Massage practice, I found myself desiring to help my clients get to the root of their physical pains and sought teachings in Ayurveda, India's Ancient Medical System of Healing. In 2023, I completed an Ayurvedic Health Counselor training and then went on to train in Ayurvedic Massage & Bodywork treatments.

In Fall 2024, I moved back to Southern California after spending the previous 12 years mostly on the East Coast. I landed here in North County, with my Partner and my immediate family, where we are building our multigenerational homestead.

As I settled into my new surroundings, my next calling came through, which led to my training as a Birth Doula. It's with great joy I get to bring together so many of my passions as I connect with clients. I hope we have the chance to connect, please reach out with any questions.
