After your initial consultation, you will leave with recommendations that may include dietary and lifestyle practices, gentle herbal support, pranayama, yoga, meditation, massage and/or bodywork.
It is recommended to schedule a follow-up consultation during seasonal transitions. We accumulate doshas during the season in which their qualities are most dominant, so it is important for us to adjust our routines to balance and minimize the effects of this accumulation. The three seasonal transitions correspond with the three doshas.
