In a 1:1 consultation we will discuss your primary health goals, your present health concerns, significant personal and/or family medical history, daily routines, your digestion, exercise, dietary choices, eating habits, mental health and for women - your menstrual cycle or pregnancy.

After your initial consultation, you will leave with recommendations that may include dietary and lifestyle practices, gentle herbal support, pranayama, yoga, meditation techniques, and massage/bodywork.

It is recommended to schedule a follow-up consultation during seasonal transitions. We accumulate doshas during the season in which their qualities are most dominant, so it is important for us to adjust our routines to balance and minimize the effects of this accumulation. The three seasonal transitions correspond with the three doshas.
