Birth Doula
As your Birth Doula I will provide you physical, emotional and spiritual support. I'm here to hold space and offer guidance, allowing you to drop in.
I'm also here to be of support to your Birthing Partner, helping them support you and giving them the opportunity to take needed rest.
Massage & Bodywork
My massage style is deeply relaxing and nurturing, guided by the intention to restore health naturally, bringing optimum functioning to the body and mind.
My practice is informed by my studies in Ayurveda. I offer Ayurvedic body treatments in addition to Prenatal/Postpartum and Integrative Massage.
